A lifelong Wisconsinite, Dr. McCallum married his high school sweetheart and they have four children that keep them very busy with a plethora of activities athletic and otherwise. As an undergraduate at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he was honored as an academic all-conference soccer player and completed the rigorous pre-dental scholars program. After graduation in 2007 from the Marquette University School of Dentistry where he was named to the Dean’s list and was honored with the International College of Dentists Dr. David A. Sampe award for dental leadership, he has had the pleasure of serving the communities of Madison, New Glarus, and Cross Plains. Dr. McCallum is very proud to have been consistently named a “Top Dentist” in the area as voted on by other dental professionals and he is an active member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Smith was raised in Northern Illinois and first moved to Wisconsin when he attended Carthage College, where he played soccer and studied biology. He returned to Illinois to attend Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, he spent four years practicing in Waunakee, Wisconsin prior to joining the Tradition Family Dental team. When he’s not in the office or attending continuing education courses, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time outside golfing, hiking, and spending time with friends, family, and his dog, Jordy. Dr. Smith is an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Greater Dane Dental Society.
Dr. Jackson earned his dental degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1996 and early in his career spent time practicing in Seattle and Las Vegas. He has been a member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry and has worked as a sports dentist and cut man for amateur and professional boxers, as well as for arena football teams and mixed martial artists.
In addition to caring for his patients, “Dr. J” has also served our country and our service members. He has served in the US Army Reserve for 35 years, was a computer programmer and dentist for the US Army, was the officer in charge of the dental clinic and the dental mobilization center at Fort McCoy, and was a dentist for the VA clinic in Tomah, Wisconsin for 14 years.
Dr. Jackson and his wife have two sons and two granddaughters and in his time away from the office, he enjoys seawater aquariums and tinkering with computers.
